You have a chance to elect your representative to convey your opinion or the consensus opinion of your constituency in the parliament. Is your current representative good in your judgment? What efforts he made to know your opinion during the last five years? Has he or any of his party members met you in the last five years? Have you met them? Do you know who they are? Have they shared their whereabouts? Is the party office a welcome place for you? Or it is a place best avoided? Think and Vote.
In democracy people are the source of ideas. They are the source of power. Source of power that drives the country forward. Leaders are required. But they are not the source of power. The source of power is people and their ideas and opinions. If they are not collected and collated, democracy will fail. Leader focused parties will ultimately fail. We require people focused parties. People first. Leadership Next has to be the motto of parties.
