BJP's Prime Minister candidate Narendra Modi's Brigade Parade Grounds rally will  kickstart the saffron party's 2014 election campaign in the state. The ground could accommodate about 800,000 people BJP state unit is planning the rally carefully. BJP is making plans to half a million people. To encash Modi's humble background of being a tea-seller in early life, similar to Modi's Mumbai rally, about 50,000 tea-sellers across the state are being invited to join the rally. Also special passes for about 100,000 small traders are being given. All  booth level workers are asked to attend the rally. There are about 80,000 booths. Rahul Sinha the president of the state unit is very confident about the success of the rally.
