Sikkim: The state will hold simultaneous elections to Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha in a single phase on April 19.
With a population of approximately 648,000, Sikkim boasts 370,769 registered voters, comprising 179,753 females and 191,010 males.
In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Indra Subba of SKM emerged victorious with 166,922 votes, defeating DB Katwal of SDF, who garnered 154,489 votes.
the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Prem Das Rai of the Sikkim Democratic Front secured victory over his opponent Teknath Dhakal of the Sikkim Revolutionary Front by a margin of 41,742 votes.
