Every representative of people has to be on his own in giving suggestions about solving people problems. It has to be made mandatory for every representative to give an annual plan for solving the problems of the people in the next year. It can coincide with budget. The frequency can be increased to match with the meetings of assembly or parliament. We have to know the thoughts of each MLA and MP on the people's problems through a written document. Needless to say that such documents are to be made after holding consultations and information seeking exercises by the MLAS and MPs.
