Indonesia - India - Bilateral Relations and Trade

Both countries are members of G-20.
In 2005, President of Indonesia, Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyuno and Prime Minister of India, Dr. Man Mohan Singh signed the joint declaration on establishing a Strategic Partnership.
One of the objectives or targets was to raise the bilateral trade from $4 billion to $10 billion by 2010. The target was achieved in 2008 itself and the trade for the year 2009-10 was $11.7 billion.
President of Indonesia, Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyuno participated in Republic Day Parade of India, on 26th January 2011 as the guest of India.
