Shivaratri Jagran Meditation



Sri Sri Ravi Shankar says ratri's meaning is relief.  ratri provides relief to body, mind and speech.

Jagran in Shivaratri is about being awake and looking inward. Meditate on the inward, soul. Turn the mind inward and it will go into sleep.

If you are accustomed to meditation try this Shivaratri a long meditation. It may provide you a transcendental experience.  As you know TM teachers want you to meditate 20 minutes twice a day. What happens when you meditate hours and hours? Try and find out.

Shivaratri can provide you relief from 3 vedanas. Adhi bhautik, Adhi Saareerik and Adhi Atmic.
