High level of productivity: In economic parlance productivity is measured as the value of output obtained with each unit of input. It is well known that economic development can only happen when we move from low productivity to high productivity activities. Industrial productivity is low and it needs to be improved. Thousands manufacturers still not been able to solve the puzzle around getting the productivity up. Make in India has to address this issue which is as much a concern for the entire sector.
