Are BJP's 400+ Strategies Backfiring?

Admitting persons from various parties at furious pace.

Especially blaming persons publicly for corruption and then admitting into the party and giving them positions of responsibility.

LS polls: 28% of BJP candidates so far are defectors, mostly from Congress

Out of the total of 417 candidates announced so far, 116 are turncoats, claims report while saying majority defections happened after PM Modi came to power

Why are so many leaders defecting to BJP?

A recent investigative report by Indian Express media had revealed that as many as 23 prominent opposition politicians who crossed over to the BJP have got reprieve from federal agencies investigating corruption cases against them.

Electoral bonds scheme and donations by persons who were subjected to ED raids.

Defending the donations under electoral bonds (may be there is no alterative)

Arresting opposition party MLAs, MPs and ministers even during elections under  non-bailable acts and keeping them away from elections.

Publicly declaring targets and talking as though every thing is certain. There are not even requesting people to support them. The talk is as though everything is predecided giving rise to accusations for arrangement for EVM manipulation.

In 2014, there is a massive interest in the activities of BJP. In 2019, there is more calm.

In 2024, there is more criticism. The criticism is becoming popular because the strategies of BJP are backfiring.

Only election results will tell the assessment of people.
